Intestinal Bacteria that results in severe bloating, mucous stool

hi, I have been suffering from intestinal gas since a long time with mucous coated stool, some times undigested and mostly unsatisfactory stool. My doctor gave me Tab Doxycline 100mg for two weeks along with anti anxiety (I am sensitive) and IBS medicines as well .
Rest of all my health is good.
My question is - I heard that homeopathy works mostly on mental symptoms, so are there any remedies that eliminate bad bacteria (H.pylori, E.coli.... etc ) from the body.

2)Also I have repeated bloating and stomach trapped wind (irrespective of I eat or don't, & irritablity aggravates it further or vice versa) .

I would appreciate if any veteran homeopath can tell me any remedies that work to eliminate bad bacteria overgrowth (in IBS or SIBO, or H.Pylori) etc that can give a healthy and great digestion (without side effects) .

Would appreciate if I get answers quick and completely relevant to the question I posted above.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I am 30 years of age and with alternating constipation with mucous dysentery, I have a white coated tongue most of the time. (no loose stools)

Kindly advise me are there any remedies in homeopathy that work to eliminate bad or problem causing bacteria to give a healthy digestion?

Please take
1. Nux Vomica-200 6 pills 2 times every day.
2. 'Sporlac' 1 tablet at bedtime

Take this treatment for 15 days and then give feedback
