Natrum Phos 6x from US and India works differently. Sharing the experience
I purchased a few bottles of Reckweg-German brand Natrum Phos 6x and this really helped a lady for weight loss (Joepathy). When she run out of it, she purchased HYLANDS NP 6x, but when she started with it, she complained that she could not sleep. She would wake up at 2am and would not go back to sleep.I asked her to stop and confirm. Yes, it is NP, Hylands brand.
Now I found the last bottle in my stock and gave it to try. Interesting to see she is good and sleeps really well again.
Both are NP 6x, as I have personally verified.

I am a classical homeopath myself. I do use only national (local brands) and the results are always awesome not just on some acute but also in really chronic bad states and that's been proved by me and i belief that remedy works better on people who are from same land as same land of raw material used or if pharma bought raw material from other countries it may be the issue of things used like alcohol or water.
I got very minor results with schwabe remedies(German) and have excellent results with nationals like Masood's remdies(Pakistan). I have total almost around 800 different remedies in which 8-10 are schwabe and other all are from Masood, 1-2 kamal, some Nayab's, some reckweg's etc, and i have completely CURED diabetes, R.A(Rheumatoid Arthritis), Osteomylitis, Rheumatic Heart Disease, Autism and lot more diseases with only minimum and rare doses of local brands.
So i am sure that may be that's brand problem unless the patient state changed as i have also sometimes seen that even best selected remedy won't work, so i usually check three factors first.
1. Remedy bottle was near mobile phone?
2. Got hit by direct sunlight?
3. Touched by bare hands?
Though above mentioned rarely effect similimum but due to my sensitive nature i do check those factors.
if the above mentioned factors aren't the issue i will work again on the case taken and if same remedy been selected then i usually change the brand and it mostly works.
I hope someone else will give better explaination.

It's true, some pharmacies can be less meticulous about preparation of remedies, or even of making sure they are using the correct substance. I only ever buy from pharmacies I trust.

Wilmar's Germany, or any Pakistani? Please tell the name of brand.
