oral thrush in 1wk old newborn

I have researched this website and found that the most significant remedies for this would be Borax, Mercurius Vivus, and Sulphuricum Acidum. There were several that were listed as "next significant" because of the "2" in front. I'm trying to help a friend find the best remedy for her newborn and what would be the appropriate dosage.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
With one patient we used a teaspoon of cider vinegar in 1/2 pint of boiled water and swabbed on. The usual remedy is Borax. Use a low dose 6 or 30 once a day.
