Unique Headache

Sir, I have been experiencing headache for past 5-6 years. I get headaches once a week, mostly in the afternoon or in the evening. Also, my stomach feels full and I don't feel like eating anything. Also, if I get hungry and don't eat within a few seconds I surely get a headache after 3-4 hours. The headaches go away only after taking painkillers. Even sleeping doesn't cure them. The headaches mostly occur on the forehead (whole forehead), sometimes remain in the whole area and sometimes remain in any one side, mostly the temple(no particular side).
Also, I have sinus problem and get headaches due this. This headaches occur only in winter season. This type of headache affects mostly the forehead, just above the nose. Also the upper part of the nose feels chocked.
I have consulted many Alloepathic and Homeopathic doctors, but in vain. I have been taking Nux. Vom. 30 for more than a year now, but it hasn't helped, either. Please help me. Even if I get remedy for the first problem, it will be O.K.
I am Indian, 31 years, 52 kg, male. Slim, height 5.5, dark hair and eye. Don't like sweets, like salty food. Thirst is normal. Climate is mostly dry here, with harsh Summer and harsh Winter. I have some problem with sleeping. I have to work on computer, but don't have eye problem. No other health problem. My mother also had this kind of problem at this age.
Thank you for your precious time.

Hi,Dr. Zahid. Sorry for replying late. Actually I was checking on the result after taking the medicine. The remedy you had specified doesn't seem to work. After taking 2-3 doses I felt a little different, but apart from that I didn't feel anything different. I took Calc-carb. I took a little time to see if I get any results after some time. But the headaches haven't gone. Thanks for your time.

Hi-you might want to edit your post
to a new headline and say-
nawaz- kadwa headache please
prescribe?

the '100% height is not going to get
to the root of your problem'

You need another prescription.

Or I can help you out. However I would need a much more complete case to be able to make a successful prescription.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GIVING YOUR CASE

Go through each problem one at a time giving a full description of what happens, what pains and sensations you get, what makes it worse and what makes it better, the history of the complaint including when it started and what was happening around that time.

Write a separate section for each problem. Cover even the smallest problems you have.

If any of your symptoms occur together, or immediately before or after one another this is important to note as well.

Do not give single word or short sentence descriptions. The more information you give the better I will be able to help.

Do not read up on the remedies and discuss them. Do not attempt to use the Remedy Finder program on this site. Try to keep yourself apart from all the information about remedies on the internet. Such research on your part actually makes it harder to find the right remedy for you not easier.

Whenever you describe a sensation or pain, try to help me to imagine having that same pain. For example, what would have to happen to me to recreate that symptom?

Allow yourself to diverge if you wish. If discussing the problem brings up any emotional or mental issues, then discuss them.

Do not edit your report, except for spelling mistakes. It is important that even if you use the wrong word, you write that. You can correct yourself in the next sentence.

If you have not done this by the time you have covered your problems, discuss the problems you have generally had in your life. What have been the big traumas, the big issues for you? Where have you felt unable to change, where do you get stuck repeating the same behaviours?

Also discuss the issues you might have had in childhood. Talk about your family, your upbringing, your parents. What kind of child were you? What did you fear, what did you aspire to, what do you remember the most?

Lastly talk about the way in which you handle or cope with your problems. What are the patterns that reoccur in your life? How do you find yourself managing your problems, even if it is not successful? To what degree do your problems affect you? How do you think everything will work out in the end for you?
Also answer these general health questions, if you have not already discussed them:

1. What foods do you crave or hate?

2. What drinks do you crave or hate?

3. Does any food or drink have a negative effect on you?

4. What is your sensitivity to the temperature and weather?

5. What is your physical energy like? What activities seem to raise or lower it?

6. What is your sexual desire like? Are there any problems in this area you feel comfortable talking about?

7. What is your sleep like, what problems do you have with it?

8. What issues do you have around your menstrual cycle (if a woman)?

9. What dreams tend to reoccur in your life, or have reoccurred previously? If not a specific whole dream, what images or situations tend to crop up?

There will almost certainly be more questions from me after this to clarify and to explore further.

Sir, I have given the details below as you had asked for.

I am writing down every thing starting from my childhood.

As a child I used to take part in many games and sports, though I was and also now not very physically strong. I was very thin in my childhood days. I used to live in a hilly and small town. The drinking water there was very much rich in iron, actually the town is a iron-ore mining town. I left the place at the age of 15 and half years.
At that point of time I came to the current place. I never liked this place and still don’t. After coming here in just a few months I had some stomach problems. Though it was sorted out after taking allopathic medicine. The drinking water here has high amount of calcium.
The headaches started 3-4 years after that. First the headaches were light and I used to take rest and took antacids and put on some ointments to gain relief. Then I went to another place for my studies; that was a place I liked very much. The headaches also become less and I only had headaches if I remained hungry for a long time. After four years or so I came back, and the headaches started to grow in frequency. Now, they occur 2 to 3 times a week.
As I have said earlier in this forum, if I get hungry and do not eat within seconds, I get headache.
Mostly the pain starts on the forehead, very rarely I get aches on other parts of the head. Sometimes, the pain starts from one of the temples. Also, sometimes the ache starts from whole forehead then remains in any one of the temples. During winter the sometimes due to cough I get headaches which start from forehead just above the nose. Also, if I put ice on my forehead I instantly get a headache. And if I go outside in winter without covering my forehead, I get headache.
When I get a headache I find it a little difficult to do work, especially mental work. Some times, very rarely I feel a little depressed. Recently from 1-2 months ago, I am feeling a little bit of burning sensation in my eyes at the time of headaches. Apart from that there is no problem. Also, now I get head aches if I go out in the sun for a long time, this didn’t happen before 2-3 years, as I used to remain in the sun for long time without any kind of problem.
As far as sleep is concerned, I find it very difficult to sleep. Actually if I do some kind of work, I won’t fall asleep. Like if I read a book, I will go on reading and will not fall asleep. Also I find it hard to wake up in the morning just as I find it hard to fall asleep in the night. I fall asleep while watching TV. Like after lunch if I watch TV, I doze off a little, just for 5-10 minutes. And if some one switches off the TV, my sleep instantly breaks. The same thing happens after dinner, only that instead of 5-10 minutes of sleep, I sleep for a longer period like 30-40 mins.
Another thing to note is that my mind is always thinking. One part of my brain is always thinking some thing (which I cannot control). Like, now I am writing this and many other things also going inside my mind. It is something that I cannot control and this hampers my sleep very much as I cannot relax my mind so that I can sleep. I also have dreams most of the time, even if I sleep for 5-10 minutes. There is no particular pattern in these dreams ( as I tend to remember most of the dreams).
Also, I am very emotional and if I cannot help somebody I feel very bad and that thought goes inside my head again and again. I, also have a huge thirst for knowledge. I want to know everything. That’s why read a lot on the internet and also watch informative programs on the TV. I love art very much and also like technology very much. I find both equally appealing and appreciable.
Physically I am not strong. I used to be thin in childhood and now I am of average health. I do moderate physical work. I live in a place that has extreme climate, like in summer the temperature goes up to 45 degree Celsius and more and in winter it comes down nearly touching 5 degree Celsius. I like summer better than winter.
I like spicy food very much, though I cannot take hot foods very much. I don’t like sweets. If I take a lot of sweets I fell like bloated. I take moderate amount of water. My blood pressure is on the lower side. Though I have a normal BP, if get sick it becomes a little low.
I think I have been able to clear the situation very much. I you want to know any please ask.

Dr. Tamhankar thank you for the suggestion. I have one question, I had taken calc carb 1m before ( as earlier advised in this forum), so can I take calc carb 200 again. Also as I live in a small place we sometimes don't get the required power of the medicines. So, in-case I don't get the right potency that you have suggested can you please suggest some alternative potency. Thank you

Hi Dr. Tamhankar, thanks for the medicine. It has worked quite a bit. Though I had some headaches, they were not so severe and also they were gone after I took the medicine. Only one day I had severe headache. I couldn't take the medicine for 4 days in the middle as I had fever and had to take paracetamol based tablets. Also, I felt a little bit of burning sensation on the soles of my feet after taking the medicine.
One thing I had forgotten to mention earlier that I also have problem of worms. And when the problem gets worse ( once in 2 months) I get stomach upset and headaches. Also, I couldn't get White Chestnut any where, can you please suggest me which type of shops sell it.
Thank you for your time.

Hello, Mr. Tamhankar,
I have taken the medicine as you had suggested. Though everything was going well, from last Thursday I had severe acidity associated with headache which lasted for 2-3 days. The temperature here was also very high, like 47 degrees. I had to take a lot of antacids ( mostly mint based)to get rid of the acidity. I also had to take pain killer (paracetamol + other ingredients) to ease the headache. I want to know is there any homeopathic painkiller that I can take at the time of headache.
Thank you
