hair loss after typhoid

i m suffring hair loss after typhiod at age 4 year in patches and now it have spread all over my head now my age is 40 my eyebrowc and pubic hair are falling fastly kindly suggest me medicine i beg for it

This might be a side affect of typhoid as well as medicines of allopathic.
