URGENT : Wisdom teeth operation : Pain in jaw and teeth
I am going to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed tomorrow. The doctor prescribed me antibiotics, anti-inflammatory and pain killer.
I will take the antibiotics but i don't want to take the anti-inflammatory and pain killer. What can I replace it with in homeopathy? I heard Arnica 200 and Hypericum 200 is goood. What is the dose? How many times per day?
Apart from these, are there some other medicines?

And after the surgery? For the pain and the swelling, what can I take?
And Arnuce 200, should I take it the night before the operation? Because they advised me not to take anything 8 hours before the operation...

I'm updating the post.
So I got them removed on Friday. On Friday until Sunday, I took Arnica 30c 5 times and Phoshorus 3 times on Sunday. Then Monday and Tuesday I took Arnice 200c.
There is still some blood when I spit but not too much. What has become unbearable is the pain. I can't fully open my mouth, my jaw/bone hurts and the skin on my cheeks and my tongue hurt as well. I can't take my tongue fully out. I can't smile like before, I have to eat with my front teeth because the wisdom teeth still hurt but what hurts even more is the skin inside my mouth and an overall pain in the bones of the mouth.
Please advise me something I can't bear the pain anymore.

Hi- I had my 4 wisdom teeth out
all at same time like you. I also
did not want to take the Ibuprofen
and certainly no codeine or vicodin.
I ended up in the state you are in
with pain- it took a week for pain to go
fully and I gave in to the ibuprofin.
I could only drink from a straw-no food.
If you do take the ibuprofin it takes
a day to kick in and then keeps the
swelling down so it is bearable.I also
used ice paks. Good luck .

I also ended up taking the painkillers because the pain became unbearable on Saturday...
So i took codeine paracetamol but replaced it with regular paracetamol because the codeine dropped my blood pressure and also pills for swelling and an antibiotic. But today was the last day of treatment and still my whole face hurts.
Please advise something

In order to get a proper homoeopathic prescription you will need to give more information.
What exactly does the pain feel like? What is the sensation in the face?
What makes the pain worse?
What makes the pain better?
What other symptoms are occuring in the body?
Describe the mental or emotional suffering that has come with the pain?
How is the pain affecting you, what are you doing to deal with it?

Pain in all the gums especially in the affected area. As if someone was pressing the area. It just comes and goes, gets better with paracetamol, not aggravated by food or drink.
There is pain in the lower cheeks, in the jaw and inside the whole mouth. Can't open the mouth like before, just a little bit and can't pull my tongue out. Its as if someone was pulling my nerves.
Emotionally fine, just today im exhausted coz i cant eat properly, i can just eat with my front teeth and i dont enjoy any food, i dont sense the taste like before. When im in too much pain, i start thinking a lot and i fear i might get face paralysis/numbness and then im a little depressed.

Alright, get Hypericum 200, and take a single dose. Let me know after 24 hours what has happened.
