involuntary erction of penis in the sleepsir i am 20 years old boy. 2 years ago i masturbate for only 8-10 times,and from then i have a problems of night fell(wet dreams) and just from then i have stopped masturbating.i dont take any medicine for 1 year,but later i started medicine prescribed from dhms doctor.but it was invein.later also i have taken medicine from mbbs,m.d doctor a course of 6 month.i have certain benifits on them but not fully overcome my problems.
