Osteomylitis/Osteonecrosis

After being sick on and off for years, I finally have a confirmed diagnosis of osteomylitis/osteonecrosis in my jaw.

I am also hypersensitive and prove remedies. I've tried numerous things including most recently the deep constitutional remedy of Medorrhinum.

Can anyone recommend a remedy specific to this issue?

Any help is appreciated.
