We will give break to Ashoka Q as of now. You mentioned Calcarea Carb 3c in your last post it is 30c.

Please get hold of the following medicines in liquid dilution:

1) Murex 30.
2) Sabina 30.

Five days before the start of the menstrual cycle and till the end of menstrual cycle,You will go for the following combination as explained below :

1>> Calcarea Carb + Murex + Sabina, One dose in the morning (6:00 Am)empty stomach and one dose before going to bed (Night time).

One dose here means:
The medicine is in liquid dilution form. Add 3 drops each of the medicine in some 20 ml (Approx. 3 sip/half cup water) water then mix slowly with spoon. Sip up the content slowly.

You will not take calcarea carb 30 seprately during these combination doses coz cacarea carb is present in the combination. Once period cycle is over then you can start with calcarea carb as usual.

*- Please use seprate dropper for each of the medicines if dropper is not attached with the bottle.

Track the symptoms and Please keep me updated.

Prayers & Blessings,
Nikkie.

Thanks for the update. You need to continue with Cal. Carb. Say from 16th-march you can start with (Calcarea Carb + Murex + Sabina) combination as said in my previous post. Once MC gets over switch back to Calcarea Carb.

After the start of Calcarea Carb did you find any positive symptoms ?

Blessings and prayers,
Nikkie.

Use hot water to clean 4 dry figs and then soak them overnight. Eat the figs next morning and drink the water in which they were soaked. It is beneficial if you eat the figs in the evening as well.

DO this for five days and see the progress of your bowl movement.

Blessings & Prayers,
Nikkie.

Thanks for the update.

Once you finish up with Combination ie: when periods get over, dont start with Calcarea Carb 30. Instead start with Sepia 30.

Get hold of the following medicine in liquid dilution:

1) Sepia 30.
This should be taken after stopping the combination. Morning-Afternoon-Evening. Continue for 10 days and let me know the result.

2) China 30 (when ever you feel weakness during or after period take 1-2 doses in a day for 1 day only).

Please update.

Blessings & Prayers,
Nikkie.
