My father is having a very bad knee pain and hi is thinking to get it operated can u please suggest any remedy to help his knee pain. He has taken various homeopathic medicine for the knee pain.
His details are as follows:

9. List of your complaints : Sever pain in both knees after walking ,initially started from right side,mild swelling on both the knees,knee gap is finished,problem started from last 4-6 years

10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint : 6 years

11. Diabetic or non-Diabetic : non-Diabetic
12. Desire sweets/sour/salt : Sweet n Salt both
13. Thirst : No Thirst
14. Tongue and Taste : white coated tongue ,taste normal
15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine) : With Medicine Normal
without medicine 100/160
16. What exactly is happening?
due to high bp memory effected,then since then i am taking 1 bp tablet and one sereta tablet for mind.
17. How do you feel? since then feeling normal except knee problem.
18. How does this affect you?
Earlier use to walk a lot now not able to walk much bec of the pain.
