maturation arrest

TURBT done 3 yrs back for low grade papillary urinary bladder carcinoma. 6 cycles of mitomycin taken
Married 1 ½ yr back, no issue so far.
Semen analysis done
Vol 4 ml, app whitesh opaque, liquefaction comp with 30 mins , viscoscity normal, ph 8.o, debris not significant, agglutination not sig, sperm count nil, round cells 6-10, wbc 10-15/hpf
Semen fructose, qualitative – positive
Fsh – 3.47
Semen fructose – positive
Testicular biopsy report
Sperm maturation upto primary spermatocyte stage. Few tubules up to spermatid stage also seen. The intervening strome show preserved leydig cells.
No mature spermatozoa are noted ---- maturation arrest.
