dysentery

i have dysentery from last week.I have taken allopathy medicine NFLOX TZ but not cured,again i took Kurchi Q and Merc sol 6 it did not worked as well.I have severe pain in abdomain before stool after that it goes out and loose motion too.My health is deteriorating..feeling always weak and sleepy and fatigue too.
help me

2. Merc Sol-30 6 pills 3 times a day
