here i have a female patient
Age 32 year old
Married / 1 baby girl
she complaints of menstural irregulaity ( from menarche) till now
now she gain weight
fair complexion
numb limbs
low blood pressure
mentally happy n jolly

now she developed liver spots on her both legs
hair growth on neck n face
last time she had menses in march
her ultrasound report says '
Multiple imature prophuse follicles near 6-8 mm (polycystic)
plz any 1 helped me to solve her case n suggest the treatment

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Rabia you need to wriite more like: her menses are obviously delayed but when they came in March were they profuse or scanty?appearance?lasted long?any cramps before during orafter? Any concomitants? (are you a homeopath?)

Her chief complaint is delayed menses?What about her numb limbs? All limbs?Whole? All the time,, or sometimes better or worse?When?

Her menses are delayed from menarche
when ever had menses they are of proper duration n normal appearence
no she dont have any cramps before and after menses
Limbs are numb specially in winter season n even in slight change of weather
in limbs her feet are specially cold , and even if any person touched then he/she might feel the low temperature , n it becomes normal as weather chganges
