vocal cord parlysis

My son has been diagnosed with vocal cord paralysis and a dislocated arytenoid. Cause is unknown but could be congenetal. Main symptoms are husky, low volume voice and fatigue at the end of the day. Surgery is not an option according to teh doctor so I am investigating alternative therapies. Is tehre a homeopathic remedy that will be useful?
