Anal Fistula - Help Please

Hi Guys, I’m new in this blog. My condition is as below and I have tried my best to put in details of my condition. please help me, I’m so frustrated
having this problem for a long time, around 12 years.

8. climate : Normal (in summer between 24 to 37 degree Celsius & in winter 5 to 20 degree Celsius)
9. List of your complaints : ANAL FISTULA (outside the anal area)

I had Anal Fistula (external) around 12 years back & had homeopathy treatment then and was cured. It only left a little lump outside the Anal area.

Around 3 or 4 years ago a new fistula came out from the right side of the Anal area, like a little piece of grain, itchy, moist anal area, once in a week or so would have blood
and pus. BUT since September 2010 the blood (bright red) and yellowish puss (not thick, light yellow) started to come out continuously . I then went to a Doctor here to
confirm if it was Fistula and yes it was. The Doctor suggested me for Surgery but I didn’t want to.

Then after looking around for a while I found a Homeopathic Doctor in Sydney and started treatment since around November 2010. Since then my Doctor has used the
below medicine :

FLU. AC 200c
NIT AC 12c
Sulpher 30c
Silicia 200c
LUET 10M
Silicia 7x and
Hamamelis 200c (this was to be used if I had severe pain)
At the moment I’m taking Silicea 30c for around 2 months.

Since I started my treatment in November 2010, I had a series of mix responses. Had severe pain , massive blood & pus. The fistula lump got bigger (from the
size of a piece of grain to the size of a bean – around half inch in size). About six months before my Doctor suggested me about surgery, I was really shocked
to hear this from a Homeopathic doctor ! But I said no, then he prescribed me with Silicea 30 after consulting with another doctor where I had to pay for the whole
consultation again as a new client 

Since I started Silicea 30c (around 2 months now), it seems better than before, very few drops of blood, almost no pus, but had the below condition
few times about a month before : “Wake up in the morning with pain and it become serious after 12pm and unbearable by 3pm with very badly swelled Fistula lump,
very sore & stiff, finally I had to squeeze the fistula lump and got pus followed by bright red blood, about an hour later the pain started to ease”

My Condition Between 2nd & 3rd Week of February 2012 since started Silicea 30c :

9th Feb 2012 : took medicine in morning, severe pain between 12pm-3pm, found few drops of Blood/pus mix in evening
10th Feb 2012 : light pain all day, , had to squeeze blood out from the fistula lump at evening, about a spoonful of bright red blood, no pus
***** I just felt a Boil (Skin Abscesses) on the inner left side of my buttock, almost 2cm in size, painful & very hard, feels like there is pus inside, I tried to
squeeze out pus from it, but nothing came out*****

11 Feb : took medicine in the morning, had pain but not severe, had to squeeze out blood again at about 7pm
12 Feb : no pain or blood all day, but had to squeeze out blood again in the evening

***** The Boil (Skin Abscesses) on the inner left side of my buttock is disappearing, lot smaller than before, no pus/blood came out of it*****

13 Feb : took medicine in the morning, no pain or blood all day, but felt the pain at around 7pm & had to squeeze
out blood about a spoonful, there was no pus.

15th Feb 2012 : The Boil (Skin Abscesses) has disappeared without any sign, I have been taking the Silicea 30c once everyday in the morning,
Found very small amount of blood on toilet paper, maybe a drop. The Fistula lump is smaller than before, but have light pain almost all day.

NOW – THE ADDED NEW PROBLEM : I’m having continuous pain (not severe but annoying) on the left side of my Anal and can feel a little grain
like thing inside the skin, having burning feeling on the left side of the anal (inside the butthole, not deep inside ). Anal area is moist all the time.
I’m having a very bad feeling that a new fistula is opening on this side, no blood or pus yet. I can’t take it anymore, seems like its never going to
end, one after another is striking me  It’s been around 12 years I’m suffering and seems like its not going anywhere. I’m sick of this sickness!
Please help!

10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint? Around 12 years now.
11. Diabetic or non-Diabetic -- Non Diabetic
12. Desire sweets/sour/salt -- I like sweets, sour as well but I’m not crazy, don’t like extra salt in anything
13. Thirst - Good, take around 2 litres water a day
14. Tongue and Taste : My tongue is completely cracked, BUT no other issue at all, I have fantastic power of tasting food, I could be a food critic !
15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine) - BP is near to high but not serious
16. What exactly is happening? - sick of the sickness with Fistula as explained above
17. How do you feel? -- I’m physically kind of well apart from this sickness ( I have high cholesterol 5.6, have few little skin tags under my left and right arms which just came
out within last 6 months, Almost all of my hand nails are fungal effected for last few years, these fungal are white in colour but no irritations at all, these fungal will go off and
come back, I have constipation problem and taking 1 glass of Metamucil fibre drink daily, my body is always kind of warm, I do get tired/weak very faster If I run or walk fast),
I’m mentally bit disturbed with this disease but not a big issue, I sleep well, sometimes sweat at night while sleeping,.

18. How does this affect you? --can’t concentrate in anything properly while having pain
19. How does it feel like? -- Bad
20. What comes to your mind? – wish I was cured overnight
21. One situation that had a big effect on you? -- I did throw away all the medicines doctor gave me, as the pain was severe and had massive blood out that day (about 3 months ago)
22. How did that feel like? – Bad, angry (I have control over my anger, don’t go crazy! )
23. What sensation do you experience in that situation? –Pain & exhausted
24. What are you showing by that gesture of your hand (Habits or Actions)? -- ???
25. Current medicines you are taking? Yes – Silicea 30c (as described above)
26. Family Background : Youngest of 4 children, Mother had Fistula problem about 15 years back and was cured with homeopathy treatment
27. Educational Qualifications of the patient : BBA
28. Nature of work, what do you do for living? – I am working in Administration, work in seating position on cushioned chair for around 9 hours in front of computer 5 days a week.
29. Desires, likes and dislikes for food : Love foods, spicy food specially Indian, like meat 
30. Name of foods which increase your problem : Don’t really know, didn’t notice either,
31. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry, impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not , you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections. – I feel like I’m normal as other people, but always bit concern about perfection in anything, whatever I do or plan to do have to be perfect!

In order to find out that what miasm are you currently in, please answer the following Q's?

1. Please tell us about your pain, if any? How much is the pain and where? -- Pain at the moment in the active fistula is very slight but kind of continuous. BUT on the left side of the
anal where I’m having the new pain is annoying and have burning feelings as well and the area is moist all the time.

2. Is there any pus coming from anywhere in your body and it's color, quantity and thickness? The color may be yellow, light yellow, brown, dark brown, greenish, white and watery.
3. What is the color of your discharges, if any? – Blood is bright red (not thick), pus is light yellow (didn’t had in last 2 weeks)
4. How about the blood discharges, if any? Please describe the color of blood and its thickness? – Not that much for last couple of weeks from the active fistula, less than a drop on toilet paper once/twice in last 2 weeks

5. Please tell me about your constipation? – I do have bad constipation and controlling it by taking Metamucil fibre drink – 1 mug daily
6. How about the itching and burning in detail, if any? – My active fistula is itchy sometimes and I’m having burning feeling on the mouth of the anal area (left side of the anal)
7. How is your energy level and state of mind other than the one you already described? – My state of my is very strong but I do get upset sometimes as the disease is not healing, my physical strength is ok but I’m not a strong person, I do get tired very faster if I run or walk

8. Any other issues right now and in the past other than the one you have already described? – I had appendicitis operation around 12 years back, had Hepatitis B around 14 years back and healed completely, had bus accident and got hurt (no injury) in the back and still have back pain but not always, had typhoid as an infant
