my father suffering from- chronic liver disease

my father (57years) is suffering from advance stage of liver cirrhossis , for reference iam mentioning the latest observations by asian institute of gastroenterology,hyderabad as follows


chronic liver disease- hcv related(child 'c'), grade1 esophageal varices
hepato cellular carcinoma, resolving sepsis & anemia..

liver function test:
total bilirubin 2.1,direct bilirubn 0.9, indirect bilirubin 1.2, sgpt 23, sgot 38,
alp 109, t.protein 7.6, albumin 2.4 globulin 5.2

ascitic fluid:
sugar:133, protein 1.4, fluid albumin :0.5, total cell count:50, differential count: polymorphs:01%,lymphocytes:99%

color droppler scan report conclusion:
--cirrhosis of liver with portal hypertension ascites and rt.pleural effusion.
--dilated gb with sludge.

1) Since how long is patient facing Liver problem?
2) What was the evaluation at ASIAN?
3) What treatment-medicines has the patient gone thru (present and past)?
