5 year old son urine problem

Dear Doctor
My son is facing problem with his penis opening (meatus), the problem is that on his birth doctor used bell type method for circumcision and due to this his penis opening (meatus) remained half opened.

Please guide me through what Homeopathic medicine to use to cure this problem.

My son is fair colored 5 years old, please do help me or surgery is the only option i have.
