I was taking medicine and there is relief in acidity, gas.
But there is no hunger again, it comes sometimes and goes, now there is pain around liver (right side of stomach).
too much lethargy, now summer season so restlessness, stomach not clearing everyday.

In addition to Leptandra and compound no 25, I suggest one more medicine to take as follows
1.Chelidonium-Q 5 drops 2 times a day in 2 teaspoonful water
Pl give feedback after 15 days.

I went to buy chelidonium and the shopkeeper suggested me to take alpha Liv syrup (dr. willmar schwabe India pvt ltd) which contains Chelidonium-Q also. I bought it as it has other medicines which suits my symptoms especially heat in stomach.
This syrup helped me a lot, I have used two bottles of 100ml and my symptoms as follows:
mucuos in stool stopped, golden stool, no constipation, increased appetite to 50%, lees heat in stomach, no pain in liver, whitening on tongue almost vanished (90%).
Low b.p still there, muscle weakness, headache at sides, watery nose.
This syrup helped me a lot, I have used two bottles of 100ml and my symptoms as follows:

I visited delhi and i did not have internet connection and couldn't check mails etc.
I am in delhi nowadays and visiting a homeopath dr here, started medicine from yesterday.
