Often urge for defectation
I'm hoping to get some help for my often urge for defecation.I'm 40 years old male married with kids. I'm patient of pilesfor several years, but no bleeding only swelling some time that creates pain and heaviness.
My current symptoms are that I feel the need to go to defecate quite often and I can actually defecate 2 to 3 times a day. No pain during the defecation, but feel hot and heaviness around hips when sitting and my job is mainly sitting.
These symptoms appear during day time only. Please suggest some remedies.
