Well
I heard ' what r u doing'
And another one was ' hey'
Um
I take refuge using a mantra
Most the day I do this
I don't have fear or anger
I don't feel depressed
But I was during the failed attempt of withdrawal
Now I am stable
Just little things in my awareness
Not frequent however
I don't know what else to add

Been two days
What do u mean high level?
At first I could feel an energy difference and I got hopeful
Then it got a bit worse
Now I hear them thru out the day
Hoping for a remission
I'm at a loss for details
I have been meditating and praying
I don't feel so down now
Eating better
My concentration has improved
I can feel some peace
Almost all the things said are negative and base
I think they are somekind of spirits
Not just in my mind
Been making my formal prayer
What a difference
I feel like I was lapsing into transgression
And now on the straightway once again
This means everything to me
I pray for a good death
God surely has power over all things
I fear drugs for I see it as more harm than good
I was fearing the worst
I was able to take control of my mind
Holding on to the spirit inside
Today was a good day
Takes me awhile to get up
Fighting with all I got
Bless one Love
