This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
What remedy are you taking?.
What is the cough like?.
What is your diet like?.

And what is BPO?
Sorry for the ignorance.

The cause of your not feeling your best may be in your eating/drinking/sleeping habits. Also: what are you dooing to relax?

BPO = Business Process Outsourcing.
What homeopathic remedy are you taking and is it for the acidity or other problems? Do you have a cough all the time and worse at night? Since how long?
I suggest you start with Nat Phos and Mag Phos (each 6x), since we don't want to intefere with any remedy you might be on. Take the NAt Phos a half hour before meals, twice a day, and take the Mag Phos 4 times a day to start with.
