Erectile disfunctioning and Premature ejeculation

I am 48 years old. Married from last 25 years.
Facing No sugar but a little blood pressure (140/90 - 160/100)
I am suffering from premature ejaculation from many years.
A psychologist advised me (anti-depression) SSRI medicine, a little improvement was noticed.
Treatment continued for 2-3 years which caused Erectile dis-functioning.
Then I met a sexologist he advised to injection in penis. it was too much painful. I did not continue the treatment.
Then I search out this forum and find a medicine Selenium 200. I used 8 drops after breakfast for a week. but no improvement is noticed.

Please help.
