Hello Doctor,

Hope all is well your end. We have just been too busy with a lot of things this side.

Jia, is now 22 months in 4 days. She seems to have a sudden onset of nasal discharge issue again. She is active and fine. She is getting her last tooth. However, she has had teeth come out in the past with no discharge. Nasal discharge:
Is mainly watery.
It's consistent throughout the day.
Mild yellow sometimes

Her bowel movement is normal and even behaviour is normal.

It's change of season here from summer to autumn and then winter. So the weather is wet and rainy and next minute sunny and next minue extremely windy. She has been well covered whenever we go out.

Even I seem to be suffering something similar as her. I have also developed skin rashes like milk eczema.

We have also shifted home now to London. Its well ventilated. I am ensuring the house is very clean everyday. Also, there are no carpets for allergy of that kind.

Please suggest a suitable remedy for her and if possible me too.
Her issue has been on and off for 2-3 weeks now. In between for 1 day it had completely gone. Then on opening one of windows at night - it appeared back.

Thank you for all your help.

Kind Regards
Preethi

Hello doctor -

The little one is 22 months now and nasal discharge is back again. She seems normal and healthy otherwise.

She has:

Mild chesty cough sounds of phlegm in the mornings when she wakes up.

Teething her last tooth. Although its almost over with now.

Has clear discharge all through through the day which is sometimes yellow.

She has lesser discharge and sometimes no discharge when we go out in fresh air.

We recently moved home about 2-3 weeks back to London. I am trying my best to maintain cleanliness. Also, there is no carpet here for mites and allergy.

Weather: its moving from summer to autumn to winter . Hence, changes every minute from windy, to sunny to rainy. It definitely is getting colder slowly.

Please suggest a suitable remedy for her.

Thanks and regards
Preethi

Hi Dr,

Hope everything is fine your end.

The little one (Jia) is now 22 months old and is again going through a cold kind of issue for the last 2 weeks. Initially, i was under the impression it will go in 2 days as this has happened to her in the past. However, this time it seems longer.

She seems to be getting her lower canine too, which has already come out now. But the cold is still lingering.

She has a runny nose all through the day and sometimes gets stuffy. She has even developed a mildly chesty cough.

She is eating normally and till about 2 days back has had normal bowel movement. I do not know the reason but since 2 days, she has been constipated too.

We have even shifted homes to London now to a 5th floor apartment, which is mildly cold. I do not know if the pollution is causing this too. However, I am maintaining it as clean as possible by cleaning everyday.

Season/ Weather: Moving from Summer to Autumn and Winter.

The weather is sometimes sunny, in a second changes to rainy and then windy and cold.

So, very temperamental weather conditions.

Please let me know what I could do to improve her health.

Thanks once again.

Kind Regards
Preethi Hari
