Acne on buttocks

I have had acne on my buttocks a bit on the back of my thighs for years. It may clear up a touch, but never fully goes away. The acne is red and puss filled. Some larger bumps that are under the skin. The acne does itch sometimes (not too often) and the odd time one of the larger bumps will hurt. I do sit all day as I have an office job, so not very active. Technically a bit overweight. I have a sweet-tooth.

Please help me find a suitable remedy!

Thank you!
