Low Libido, Low testosterone And Premature EjaculationHello Dr,
I am a male 25 years of age. My weight is about 72 KG and height is 5'10.
Last year around July i accidentally used some steroids without doing my research properly in order to compete in a weight lifting competition. I did not use any thing for my post cycle therapy.
I only used it for about a month and when i found out what i was using i quickly discontinued it. The generic name for the steroid is called Oxandrolone also known as anavar. But i believe it was not anavar either that was in the pills.
After i stopped i was told the steroid does not aromatize and i did not need to take any estrogen blockers to prevent from the side effects. I noticed as soon as i had stopped i was suffering from an extremely low libido and would not feel any kind of sexual urges and thus created problems in my married life.
I got my blood work done and i live in canada so the blood report showed that i had low testosterone. I did not take anything to cure it and just focused on keeping myself health for the next 6 months to get my natural testosterone production back to normal. But it did not help. I went to seek some medical advice but the doctors here had none to offer apart from the fact that they did not see anything wrong with it.
Estradiol - 131 pmol ( 73- 275 range)
Cortisol - 224 nmol/L (170-720 nmol/L)
testosterone 14.4 nmol/L (8.4 - 28.7)
FSH 1.1 IU/L (1.3 - 19.3)
LH 4.4 IU/L ( 1.2 - 8.6)
Prolactin 8.12 ug/L
TSH 1.81 mIU/L (0.34- 5.60)
If you need any other information please let me know i will post that as well.
These are my results for my blood work that was recently done.
I tried to avoid masterbation and have never done it excessively in the last 8 years. But i started at a very early age but have reduced it immensely. After i was married i could not perform for more than 10 mins on my best days. My wife is really understanding and we has been waiting patiently for me to seek therapy. I am desperately in need of some form of help to revive my married life and my own health a well and have learned from my mistakes.
I read up on a few supplements for which i am providing the link for that i tried last 5 weeks. They have not helped at all either.
1- the first one was a vitamin E complex that contains all these ingredients
Mixed Tocotrienols/Tocopherols (Tocomin®) 130mg**
Naturally Occurring Phyto-nutrients
Mixed Plant Sterols
(beta-sitosterol campesterol stigmasterol)
(A-carotene B-carotene Y-carotene)
2- this is the second supplement i was taking.
Trans-resveratrol (98%-emodin free)
7,8 Benzoflavone (99%)
Now while i was taking the supplements i was leaking small drops of sperm and felt a little bit better but as soon i tried to have sex i failed miserably. I have stopped taking all kinds of medications now and need something to help me recover.
I feel like there is still some pee left in my bladder after i pee. On the underside of the shaft i feel a little itchy not sure why. I ejaculate upon entering and can not hold my erection for too long either. I feel really depressed lately and no motivation for anything. My aggression in the gym has also gone down and now i dont even feel like exercising. Im in bed most of the time and just want to avoid all kinds of stressful situations. I am still a student and also working. It is affecting me in my day to day life as i am always lazy and moody as well. I feel an emptiness in my testicles where as before i would feel the fullness of it.
One of my friends suggested a low doze of clomifene that would block the estrogen and bring back the natural hormonal levels in the body but i did not try anything as i wanted to seek medical advice first. The doctors i have visited in this country did not seem to help at all. infact they claim not to know anything about these type of issues.
Please help me as i am really not sure what to do and how to approach this and extremely depressed.
Would greatly appreciate your advice and what kind of medication should i take to bring back my libido and eliminate premature ejaculation.

1 there is point when u feel ur going to ejaculate at that point u must squeeze the lower part of the penis imagine penis like a pipe u find the deep lower part of the pipe fingers wrap around the pipe squeeze hard . u must do this just before ejaculation happen
2 at the same time ur other hand fingers squeezing the top part of the penis
3 u must continue breath in and breath out
4 u have to apply this technique very quickly just before ejaculation happen
when u do this the sperm can not come out when sperm dont come out for 3 months u will start to recover
5 u have to practice many time to get this technique right
When ur about ejaculate testicals will come very near to the lower part of the penis u must gently push them down with one of ur finger while squeezing
Cut ur fingers nails so they wont cut ur skin while squeezing
u can also practice this technique when ur not having erection imagine penis is like a pipe try find the very lower part of the pipe squeeze fingers around the lower part of the penis then squeeze the top of the penis with other hand fingers around top part of the penis breath in and out continually
u will recover but it can take some time be patient
when u start to recover plz let me know thanks
