Celiac Disease Gluten Free Diet

Hi All,

Is there any cure or remedy of Celiac Disease?

My Younger Sister 25, suffering from the same disease from last 3 years.

Please help

Non-Diabetic.
Currently not taking any gluten diet.
Thin
Height 5.0Ft
Weight 40Kgs
Blood Pressure is normal.
