This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
So is it just your brother he is so attached to? Can he be kept calm if other people are around, or other dogs?

This kind of sounds like a dog trainer/behaviourist might be useful to see what is being done at home that could be causing the behaviour. Homoeopathy will only cure what is inappropriate or out of proportion.

What does he do out in the neighbourhood when he is roaming?

What is he like when he panics?

The thunder , fireworks thing I have
seen in other dogs do the same
exact thing.?? so two problems
bc if dog did not try to escape,
there is worry he would wreck the house if there was thunder or loud
noise when no one was there. He has
done that.

The two big remedies for fear of thunder are Phos and Nat-c. He is definitely not Nat-carb, and in fact you have given a good description of Phosphorous.

thank you for helping me get to the
root of it.

What do you think the dosing should
be of Phos.???

and how would we know about the noise?
Drive him by the School marching band?
there is one a few blocks away and
the drums set him off.

You will see the difference in him if the remedy is right, and if the reason he is doing this is the one you think it is (fear of being alone).

I would probably give him a single dose of 200c and see what reaction he gets to that.
