Knee Problem 23 yrs Male - SYMPTOMS- what do u think doctor..?

I went for a religious around 20 km walking pilgrimage in MARCH 2005. there i started feeling pain in my RIGHT knee.
i came back . i was feeling great pain in walking on slope . also i was feeling great pain in
climbing stairs and coming down stairs. i rested . in APRIL 2005 i was about normal in walking.
i went for jogging one day AND i felt pain in RIGHT knee. i stopped. IN JUNE 2005 i started doing
stretch exercises for legs and knees , this has also not helped.
1.)) there is pain in both knees .
2.)) jogging or running resulted in pain in RIGHT knee.(april 2005) ( now not trying jogging)
3.)) if i sit in A.C. etc ( cold environment) i feel something in knees.
4.)) there is a little click in both knees when i straighten the legs sometimes.
5.)) Some extra walking results in pain in LEFT knee -- -- pain in left knee started in june .
6.)) in left knee i feel pain sometimes above knee cap , sometimes below knee , sometimes in sides
(mailnly on left side of left knee) of knee.
7.)) in right knee there is pain at differnt places at different times. ( but intensity is lower
than in left.)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Ad.1-what kind of pain?
dull or sharp?
is it continuous or sometimes better/worse?when?

Ad 2-good-do not do any high impact on your knees-give them some rest and a chance to heal

Ad 3-cold environment makes them more painful or there are other sensation? what?

What about cold/hot applications? rubbing? gentle motion? shower?

Ad 4-is it also painful? when?

Ad 5 - it could be that you put extra weight on left knee (because the right one hurt) so now IT hurts

ad 6 & 7 - What kind of pain and when?

Tough questions huh? And I'm not even a doctor! But we all wait for your replies.

3)) cold environment generally cause sensation. i have not tried hot / cold application or rubbing etc. should i??
4)) yes i feel some pain at the time of click

6 & 7)) pain comparatively occur more below knee cap.
it can be anytime.

The study shows a 3.60 (SI) x 1.95 (RL) x 1.44 (AP) cm well defined area of altered signal intensity abutting the cortex of upper third of diaphysis of left tibia medially. The lesion shows well defined endosteal sclerotic margins as hypointensity and there is associated cortical thickening of upper tibia medially. The lesion shows marrow signal within it with an area of fluid intensity appearing hypointense on T1W & hyperintense on GRE , PD & fat saturated images.
The remaining tibia , its metaphysic & condyles of femur and tibia are normal.
The menisci, ACL & PCL are normal.
A small effusion is seen in all the synovial reflections.
The patella , quadriceps & patellar renduns are normal.
The medial & lateral collateral ligaments are normal.
Visualised muscles normal. No collection is seen in the bursae.

OPINION : MR features are suggestive of ? non ossifying fibroma / fibrous cortical defect in upper third of diaphysis of left tibia medially.

Adam-when you feel pain you try doing things that make it go away, or at least make you feel better.Warm or cold application, rubbing etc but that differs for different people-and that's how we pick remedies.

I have no idea what makes it better for you-you are theony person who may know it.

Will be back later.

Two things spring to mind when knees are mentioned .

If there is some problems with eyestrain , then often Ruta Grav 1m --single dose may help .

If you have had antibiotics for any genito-urinary problem then often the problem is "cured" , but in fact settles in the knees , worst in the left knee.

If the knee starts hurting with movement then BRYONIA (1 M single dose) woulld be your remedy--however you also write that it starts hurting also when you sit crosslegged--true?
Bryonia is also used for re-absorption of effusions--and thaat's what your MRI results show--like SULPHUR.
Accidentaly single dose of sulphur (also 1 M)taken few days before Bryonia is said to enhance its action.

I am very thankful for your resposes.
sir "walkin" i didnt get you when you related knee with eyestrian ( accidently there is some problem of redness and more water in left eye for last 2 years - which worsen in summer) ..

Sirs, what does my MRI report mean in layman language , like wat is fibrous cortical defect?
can there be any medicine based on my MRI report.

If what you say about the eye is correct I would expect that Ruta is the right thing to use - at least to start.

No use trying to relate Allopathic language to homeopathic remedies.

The two therapies are virtually opposed and Allopathy treats the body like a car -- bolt-on acessories and supercharger (drugs).

Homeopathy treats the person and all the characteristics as indications -

So that a " Ragged trouser philosopher , very untidy and hot , would call fot Sulphur.

While a very tidy -- a place for everything and everything in its place -- would indicate Ars Alb.

We match remedies to patients , if we are correct the body is prompted to do the jon it evolved , over 40million years , to do . The body is its own best doctor.

Orthodox medics think we are crazy (in the main).

i agree with your opinion "walkin". i would say MRI is for diagnosis,, any therapy can use it as additional or corroborative source.
(but lets dont divert our attention)
sir, pain is there in right knee also , as i mentioned in my first post. so will RUTA be applicable ??
adam101 last decade
Yes use Ruta first if it doesnt do the job we have a fallback remedy.

Thankyou. i'll now take ruta and will tell u the results.
