Hair loss is caused by different factors, that include the following:

1)Presence of excessive emotional stress.
2)Following a diet very poor in essential nutrients.
3)Due to hormonal changes.
4)Certain diseases/drugs can also induce hair loss.
5)Hair loss problems can also arise due to the presence of certain types of nutritional deficiencies in the person.
6) They can also come about due to environmental circumstances.
7) They can result from an under active thyroid gland.
8)Due to immune disorders.
9) OR some times due to certain genetic factors inherited by the person.
10) Dandruff can be one more reason for the hairfall.

These are few of the main reasons for hair fall.

Tips for Hair care:
1) Practice sensible eating habits and follow a healthy dietry regimen.
2) Use a mild shampoo to wash your hair.
3)Gently dry your hairs by using towel and apply little amount of oil (hair and care nonsticky oil, green colour which is easily available at stores). Just spread on your palm and gently aplly it on your hair (avoid massaging) when the hair is still wet, this will balance the moisture required for your hair. Follow this exercise each time you wash your hair.
4) Avoid cholirnated water, hair dryers, hair curling irons etc.
5) Protect your hair from harsh sunlight, dust smoke. You can wear a cap or use scarf.
6)A gentle weekly scalp massage (slightly warm coconut oil, thats all) must be an essential component of your every day life. Once scalp is massaged with warm coconut oil, immediately cover the entire hairs (your head) with a towel dipped in warm water (remove excess water from towel, so that you just feel the warmness and the warm steam), keep it for 15minutes and have hair wash. This will lead to the stimulation of blood flow to the scalp; in addition, it will also help relieve stress-a factor known to contribute to hair loss problems in many people.

I need to see the pattern of your hair fall. Once snap is uploaded (Or you can use my email, on conditions as explained before), this will help me for analysis.

Any query do let me know. You can start with Arnica doses as explained before and stop with Arnica oil.

Keep me updated.

Blessings & Prayers,
Nikkie.
