Take Ratanhia 200c 10 days as one dose per day at morning empty stomach and report me after ten days.
The medicine must have worked till now. Bcs it was well selected no doubt, But while a well selected remedy doesn't work we have to find another way. So some times it needs some space for the Doctors too.
Any homeopathic remedies have less molecules of the main ingredient in Higher potency than a lower. At the cases of warm or tumor and cases like that needs lower potency to have a good work on them and solve the case in minimum time and also it is proven to all regular practitioners of homeopathy. If a lower potency of a medicine do not work for u at all than there is no guarantee that higher potency of that will do job for u. We use higher potency of some medicine for them where the work is well started by lower potency of the same medicine, the higher potency gets the job done to the patient final state. But where the lower do not work at all there higher never gave very good results as far as I have seen till now.
So I dont think Santonine 10M will work good. There are more 20-25 medicine for warm problem at Homeopathy. We are very rich with our collection of finest medicines for almost all diseases. So surely we will find another way to heal u.

Dr. Showrav, thank you for explaining. the only reason that I was interested of taking a higher dose was because when I was taking cina I definitely felt that it was doing something, as I told you I felt small bites in my stomach, I thought maybe I need a higher potency! but I don't know much about homeopathy and the counselor at the pharmacy uses some books to advise! thank you

and also I forgot to tell you that I have severe constipation, and I have to take fiber and senna often! I thought maybe this info will be helpful in picking the remedy!

Do not take any other medicines in during the time of homeopathic medicine dosing which will give resistance to me homeopathic medicine to act in full power inside ur body properly.

hi Dr. Showrav, I took ratanhia 200c for 10 days and I still have all my symptoms, a lot of nose itching/rubbing, bloating and constipation, I noticed when i eat pumkinseed I have more nose itcing/rubbing, please advise, thank you

Try 3 doses of Sulpher 200c at continuous 3 days and than report me after 5th day here.
get a stool test done to be sure about that what kind of warm do u have inside ur intestine.

Dr. Showrav you gave me sulpher before and it caused inflammation in my body, it's going to cost me $150 to see the Dr. and $500 to do the test, and I was hoping homeopathy can help me, you can suggest few more remedies, if they don't work, I will find the money to do the test somehow, thanks
