Stomach pain and reflux in my 13 mth old baby!
Hello, I am writing out of complete desperation for some help for my son. He has had terrible reflux from the moment he was born-he is now 13 mths. He is on Zantac 3mls x 3 daily and we give him mylanta double strength at times when we feel the zantac is not really working and he has a probiotic every other day. He wakes constantly in pain (only slept 5 hours in last 24 hrs), wants to be held constantly but wriggles around in pain and cries. I have found throughout this ordeal that he has a very sensitive stomach-he definately cannot have tomatoes or bread, sometimes even apples. His stools are very very runny and he goes approx 6-8 times a day. He sometimes has good days when meds work and he sleeps but at the moment I know he is in pain moaning and the meds are not working. I worry that maybe he has irritable bowel or something more. He is on formulae that I thicken and I give him mainly vegetables and fruit only because I worry that meat causes stomach upset. I have tried oesteo for several months without result. The bouts of pain seem to go up and down where he will be terrible for about 4 days then ok for a few then bad again. Pls pls help so we can all sleep again.Lachbel on 2012-04-23
This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Pulsatilla 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in next few days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 15 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Hi thankyou for your prompt reply. Is this for stomach pain or reflux or both?
Am I to stop the medications once I start this remedy?
Also can you please explain how this will help him. I have read some other posts that seem similar but they have been given different remedy (that helps food leave stomach quicker for instance) Thx in advance.
