My eyes itch when it rains

Hello. I live in a tropical country. My eyes itch very much in the rainy season. Sometimes I wake up with a lot of secretion in my eyes. This problem and my eczema problem get worse when I'm about to have my period.

My homeopath gave me graphites which helped me a lot for the eczema but not for the eye problem.
Should I take pulsatilla or another remedy? Thanks in advance.

You seem to have some idea of Homeo remedies. Please read up on Dulcamara & rhus Tox & see which remedy fits your symptoms.
