spermatorrhea problem since 5-6 years

dear drs,
I am 25 yrs and sufferring from spermatorrhea and nocturnal emmission from last 5-6 yrs. I started masturbating at a very early age and because of some bad company i developed some bad habbits.
Now i want a permanent solution of my problem because i am going to marry very soon, so please tell me the remedy for my problem as i am suffering from these symptomps:-

1- sperms in the urine,
2- foamy urine and burning sensation during urination
3- nocturnal emmission
4- immediate excitment and errection of pennis
5- low weight 50 kg as per height 5.8 weakness and skinny body

as now i am taking 5phos 3x thrice daily acid phos 30c thrice daily and stapjysgria 1m once a week. alfa mart forte for wieht gain 3 times a day..

But still i am not satisfied with my condition kindly help me out and tell me the right treatment..!!
