Bleeding Piles

I have got bleeding pilesfrom 1 months back, and have constipation and acidity for last 3 years.

I am kool mind man, relaxed, public speaking. Some tension always there abount carrer, because the work i do is not what i like t do but i have no other choice.so not satisied with my job.
Love- i had a girl friend we are no more togather now for last 2 months, we had physical relation for 2 years.
