The ABC Homeopathy Forum

I'm 21 and im having severe hair fall since the age of 16-17 due to genetics.

Till the age of 14-15 i had extremely dense hair. so much that I actually wished my hair was less dense. but after the age of 16 my hair started falling severely which led to a diffused pattern of baldness which is not very apparent unless i partition my hair. But now it has become much worse. Hair fall combined with horrible dark circles, I look like a middle aged man.

My bad habits include-
- too much of coffee everyday. I've been drinking coffee since a very early age (11). Maybe that's why I haven't gained my height to its full genetic potential.
- Bad sleeping pattern staying up till late n getting up late or sometimes not sleeping at all.
- Bad eating habits. Skipping meals, eating lots of sweet n junk food etc.
- Smoking 3-4 cigs everyday.
#no other bad habits.

I work out thrice a week and I have a good athletic build.

If I'm even a little bit stressed out I get severe migraines some of which last for 4-5 days at a stretch. Sometimes the headaches are so consistent, I sort of forget that I even have a headache but at the end of the day it gets unbearable.

I have a very irritable bowel which according to my doctor is the root cause of my hair fall and headaches.

These days I get very impatient n irritated with almost everything. Plus my quest for hair regrowth and more height seems to have no end which is adding more to my stress and depression coupled with the ungodly amount of academic studies that I have to finish.

A doctor has prescribed me the following meds-
-Thuja 200
-Senna 6
-wesbaden 200

For all these, 4 pellets twice daily morning evening.

plus kali phos 6x twice daily.

I had started using these meds for a few months but there was no result. honestly I haven't been very regular with the dosage n maybe that's the problem.

Can anyone please help me out and give me a detailed routine to follow? Thank you for your time.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Anyone there?? Hello?

Usually your doctor- homeopath??
tells you to take- what you listed
and then report back.

So until you do what your doctor
said???? how is anyone to know if it
works or not.

Your doctor has seen you in person
and sounds Like he knows what he
is talking about.

What do you tend to do when you get irritated? Do you have lots of dandruff as well. What type of personality you have (Introvert, or love to enjoy company & are expressive about your emotions & feelings)

my doctor has asked me to report back after a year and a half. Pardon me if I seem impatient but I was just trying to make sure what I'm doing is right and wanted some more professional opinion.

And if I knew it worked I wouldn't bother posting anything here. I know it 'might' work but I'm not sure if that's the effective routine I'm following.

Moreover going back and questioning my doctor about her method is not very polite.
Still if you're insisting I refer solely to my doctor (yes homeopath), please just remind me again what else the purpose of this website is.

Thanks.

Sorry, the way it came across was
that you had a prescription and were
not really doing the prescription.

Report back after a year and a half??
I never heard of such a thing!!!

We have the opposite going on in this forum with people reporting in every 3 to 7 to 15 days.

Asad here is trying to help look at your
case, Please answer his question and
he is going to come up with something
for you and a reporting schedule
that works.

Best,

my previous reply was for simone717

Mr. AsadGhumman
Thank you!

When I'm irritated first thing i try to do is distract myself by doing things like play guitar, video games, listen to music watch movies etc etc. I totally avoid talking to people. I usually end up wasting a lot of time.

I've been a non-conformist/introvert for the most part of my life but I'm trying to be more outgoing

I'm never expressive about my feelings, I usually lie to people (except my girlfriend) about my opinions or feelings. I lie only because I don't want to make any issue out of any situation.

Even though I'm an introvert I have great friends and whenever we hang out its a great time.

How is you mood in general, Happy or gloomy?

AsadGhumman last decade
Gloomy. This is a bit weird but I actually refrain from being too happy... don't know why O_o. The only time when I'm totally perfectly fully laugh my ass out happy is when I'm with my close friends.

Fine, that's enough. Get Natrum Mur-200c, that's your remedy

Dosage: 2 drops of medicine in half cup of water 30 minutes before meal & once daily for 7 days only. Report after 10 days of starting medicine.

Stop all other remedies & wait for 5 days before taking Natrum Mur-200

Thank you so much for this!
Just one more thing. What exactly should I report? I mean, what results am I likely to see in the 7 days?
What should I be looking out for?

aragorntheranger last decade
There should be decrease in dandruff & hairfall along with change in mood. You will feel happier & satisfied, less tired. Also a slight change in shade of hair with improved shining is also expected.
