Hypothyroid & under weight

My test results 7 months back:
tsh: 4.81 (2nd time tsh test after 1 month: 3.59)
t4: 73.82
free t4: 11.24
t3: 1.48
MCH: 24.8
MCV:76.8
RBC: 5.03
Monocyte: 1
sodium: 140
potassium: 4.3
serum ferritin: 5.19
i am having all the symptoms of a thyroid problem - dry hair & skin,hair loss, heart palpitaion, heavy menstruation,indigestion, fatigue & irritability, lost weight 104 pounds height 5 feet 3.5 inches (gained 25 pounds 5 years back when i got ulcer & acidity problem,and 2 years back lost around 30 pounds, started having above symptoms and having problem gaining weight now).
Doctor told me it is normal tsh as it is less than 5, but i read that anything >3 is hypothyroid.Please suggest me what should I do. Do I have less or more iodine in my body ? What homeopathic medicines can help me ?
