warts dog - allergies - habit of licking

Hi there,
was wanting some advice.
I am treating a dog with warts - gets up to 12 at a time and is removed at the vet clinic.

The thing is this dog also has allergies. Otitis externa mainly and gets very ithcy and inflamed.

He also however has gotten into a habit of licking - not only himself but everything in sight.

Any ideas?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him calc carb 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in next 15 days.

One dose means 2 pills popped in mouth or 2 pills or drops dissolved in water and offered him in few sips.
