Piles Bleeding

My wife has pilesbleeding for ten years when passing stool. I apply Aesculus 200c one dose per day. She took it for 2 months. During 2 months there was no bleeding. But suddenly after 2 months further bleeding occur. Then i apply Lyco 1m one dose. Bleeding stopped for one and further occur. Then I apply Aesculus Hippo 1M 2 dose consecutively day after day. Now bleeding Stopped. Now my question is how can i understand remedy should be stopped and When shall i understand the disease is fully cured?
