heavy menstrual bleeding

Hello,
I have a 13yr old daughter. Her periods started when she was 11yrs old. since then it has been very irregular.Sometimes she does not get her periods for months and when it is there it is very heavy with clots, lasting for nearabout 12-15 days. I have done hormonal tests for which gave normal reports. The sonography was also normal apart from a thickened endometrium wall.
I am tired of giving her strong allopathy medicines.
Right now she got her periods after 3 months and is bleeding heavily since past 10 days. what should I give her now. I have already given her hamamilis mother tincture for 2 days after taking doctors suggestion but no change. We have to travel a long distance in next 36 hours so please suggest some medicine which can stop the bleeding.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her the following medicine to regulate her periods.

1.Pulsatilla-200 (5 drops single does on first day of treatment and repeat it after every 4 days

2. Ferrum Phos-6x (four tablets four times a day)

report changes after 7 weeks
