9 yr old girl w/ fever & sore throat

My daughter complained of a slight sore throat yesterday morning. Yesterday she played in a softball tournament and was outside in the sun and heat most of the day.
Last night the fever appeared (100º) I hydrated her, gave her Aconite 30C and sent her to bed.
This morning the saga continues.
I didn't know if the fever was from being out in the sun & heat most of the day (dehydration or sun exposure, heat exhaustion) or someting else.

She is very needy & whiny and clingy (always when she is sick)
Here is a summary.

9 yr old girl
continuous fever (100º-102º) throughout evening, night and on into day
hot to touch
no perspiration
is chilly sometimes and sometimes is uncovered

sore throat starting 24 hours ago (slight pain)

sore throat now: extreme pain, redness in throat, pain on both sides, pain extending to ears, more pain on right side
Pain when swallowing nothing and when swallowing food & drink
Pain when talking and breathing in

Sore throat occasionally (once every couple months)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
One more thing, she has sinus drainage a lot in the back of her throat where she has to constantly clear her throat.

Please give her Bryonia 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days. She should get some positive response on the first day itself.
