Dear Dr Nawaz,
Thanks. I have stopped taking Lyco 30 and Hydrastis 30 for time being. I have taken MP 200 twice daily for 2 days and now I am taking Adonis 30 for last 3 days and tomorrow it will be 4th day. What is the next course of action ? I have heaviness of legs, if no strength in them,pain in heel. Pain in feet at about 10 AM daily as if very tired. Lot of gas in stomach with audible belching.
Pain in top of head and sensation of plugs in ears.
Awaiting further prescribing.

Dear Dr Nawaz,
Thanks. My daily activities area as follows.
I get up at 5 AM in the morning. I take bath. I pray for 1 hour daily. I start house hold chores like cleaning house etc. I get free from work by around 10 AM. My feet start paining . After that I take rest but I am not able to sleep for more than 30 minutes. If I am sleeping and is disturbed in between,I become restless, my legs start pain. After that I prepare lunch. Then in the evening also same routine. By 9 PM I go to sleep. Sleep is disturbed, not deep. I keep turning in bed.
When I sleep before my family members, when my family members go to sleep I get up and not able to sleep for a very long time which makes me restless. Now I got not feel like to work at all where as earlier I had no such problem.
In Breakfast I take 2-3 chapaties with vegetable, same for lunch and dinner. Very less cold drinks. I like to take lassi.
My feet feel tired and pain. they are very hot, as if they are burning mostly during day.

Dear Dr Nawaz,
Thanks. From the begining and Currently also I have lot of gas in my abdomen with audible belching. Even it is not controlled by taking Ameprazole capsule empty stomach. When gas is less, my legs feel relaxed, otherwise i feel restless. I want my children to massage them and apply pressure on them. By doing so I get relief from discomfort and restlessness.
I have never found relief in my gas ( loud audible belching ) from either allopathy medicines or homeopathy remedies so far. I think if I get relief from this gas my many problems will get cured. Lately my weight has also increased.
My legs feel heavy and without strength .Legs are swollen. I am having cervical spondolysis,with pain in head and shoulders. My feet get tired by 0930 AM in the morning, with heat emanating from them. Yesterday when I kept my feet in front of AC, I got relief from pain and tiredness.
When I have no problem I feel like to clean my home thoroughly, clean doors, windows and even walls. I want to keep my home neat and tidy at all times. When I am not well that time I feel restless and discomfort as I am not able to do this.
Please suggest.

Dear Dr Nawaz,
Just now pain started in lower abdomen radiating to back many days after I stopped taking Hydrastis 30 and Lyco 30. I took one dose each of both. Should I continue taking both Hydrastis 30 and Lyco 30 alongwith other remedies like Ashawgandha. Why pains have come back ? First of all I want to get fully cured of these pains and fibroids(top most priority), of course other problems must also be taken care of.

Please do not take it otherwise. I was having pain so at that time only thing came to my mind was to get relief from pain. So I took those remedies.

I am taking both Lyco 30 and Hydrastis 30 for last 3 days continuously but still I am getting sharp shooting pains in my lower abdomen radiating to back (anus), sometimes the pain remains for just 5-7 minutes. It is coming on alternate days. Today is 3rd day. Today again I have continuous mild pain after sharp pain. Earlier when I was put on Lyco 30 and Hydrastis 30 by you I did not have pain till I kept using both the remedies. But now when I have started using these after some gap I am not getting any relief.
I am much worried as the pain is in uterus and may be due to fibroids or otherwise which you must be knowing better,that this may lead to some dangerous disease. I dread being operated.
Dr Please suggest to cure this pain, so that I do not have this again.
