Toes Loss of Sensation, Pain, Others.

I am 64, retired active man with mild BP, borderline Diabetes and 30% Enlarged Prostate. In late 2009, flash floods inundated our house with black smelly sewage mud and 5 ft of water from the mountains. We just managed to save our lives. We spent 4-days in the slimy dirty mud without foot wear due to fear of slipping and falling.
I later noticed the following:-
a)loss of sensation in the right foot 2nd toe. This went on to pain and strange sensation especially at night in and around this toe.
b)the under sole of my feet behind the toe felt as if a piece of leather was stuck to it - making it uncomfortable to walk in sandals or shoes.
c)I noticed slight blackening of my feet below the ankles.
d)At night I feel a sensation of burning, tingling and strange pain around the 2nd toe.
d)while sleeping I keep my feet below the ankle out of the blanket due to sl d) above.
e)Slowly spreading to my big toe and the 3rd toe of the right feet. Also it has begun affecting my left foot 2nd toe.
f)walking aggravates the situation.
g)both finger nails of the big toe are infected with fungus.
