Very low sex power, penis can not erect

Would any Dr. Kindly help me,
Dr. Mehfooz, Dr. Gumby, Dr. Kadwa Plzzzzz
Please I am so much frustrated with my situation, I am going to week day by day, kindly help.

36 Years
Height: 5'7'
Weight: 60 kg

About the Problem:
I've been masturbating from the age of 14 years,,left after marriege before 8 years...and now I feel the following problems:

-Weak Penis
Penis is weak and size is reduced somewhat with weaker erections.

-Other Related Problems
At times i find myself weak, dun feel active and have some pain in lower back while stretching.
Nowadays Urin color is dark yellow, It seems I am suffering from lever disorder, before a few days I uses Sabal Serrulata Q and Yomimbinium Q both 4-5 Days 15 Drops per day, after that I felt shrinking Penis and very low libido. It was a weak ago atleast erection was fine during sleep but now it has also been lost.
I did not suffer from any major diseases in the past. And I've not taken any medicine for this problem so far.

I am an introvert by nature and nowadays feeling lack of self confidence.

I am awaiting for a suitable remedy for my symptoms.

I am using pengra (indian viagra) for 3-4 years some times thrice in month, erection is good while using it, otherwise can not penerate.

Kindly suggest me some good and effictive medicine, I trust too much in homeopathy.
