Premature Hairfall n Greying. Please Help.

I am 23 yr old. I have few grey hair on my head, if i count them in total they would be maximum 50 in number and my hair are falling bt its effect is more visible on the crown of my head and the upper back side and its not very much as such and it is more visible because i have got my hair cut very short this time (so short tht i can't comb) and its less visible in the front side of my head. Its not hereditary.I dont want it to get worse.
Some known doctor suggested me to take Reckweg's R89 for 3 months. 20-30 drops three times a day. should i go for it?
I always have little mucus/phlegm in my throat. Is it related to greying of hair?
I get sexually excited very much and i masturbate daily as well (which I'm going to stop). Can it be a cause?
Kindly Help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Phosphorus 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
