six year old and tooth infected

hello, can you please give an advice for a remedy for a tooth infected? everything started on Saturday , my girl started to complain of a tooth pain , in this morning the cheek was swallowed and the gum is red and infected, the pain is still there on touch, the dentist said it can be an infection on the root as long as the tooth hurts. She is six, very sensitive, nothing seem to please her, and she got a cough and a cold now...

thank you very much

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Bell-30 and Chamomila-30 alternately three or four times a day

Usually, you have to have the tooth
either pulled or have a root canal done
on it- bc once the nerve root is dying
then homeopathy cannot fix the
dead nerve.

You can probably get a remedy for this
to help stop the process- but once the
process is too far underway it will

What did the dentist say to do? Tooth
root infections are very toxic and painful
and drain a lot of life force. And they
can go on with low level infection
even after root canals. I would have
one or the other -extraction or root
canal done as soon as possible.

thank you very much for your replies

the doctor did not say much just prescribe antibiotics and we have another check next week ..so....i do not want antibiotics for her , homeopathy helped us with all condition so I do not want to go back to antibiotics..

Please post the response of your child to the remedies prescribed by Dr. Mahfooz. It seems that these remedies should work well for your child.

I gave her Bell and Chamomilla, as indicated by dr Mahfooz, thank you , and the pain is less but the cheek is still swallowed and the gum also red and swallowed. should I keep on with these two remedies ? or I need smth more?
codru last decade
You should continue with the remedies for next 3-4 days. Later you should give her 2 pellets of bio-chemic combination bc-23 in the morning and evening for 7 days.

I was reading these days about grapefruit seeds and garlic pills and it is said that they help with the tooth infection , but going to our health store the lady told me that these pills are made only for grown ups and she was not sure that I can give these to my girl ....does anyone have any idea about these natural remedies ? about concentration, mg? if they are goo for kids ? thank you
codru last decade
Hi- I would not do this. I took some
grapefruit seed pills ( only a few?)
and my stomach hurt me for 2 weeks
after I did that and I was an adult. You
will cause more problems, the health
store woman was right.

You are in a race with time on this tooth.
If the root is dying-homeopathy cannot
bring it back to life. The root decays
while it is dying and causes all this.
So it all depends on the health of the
root and the nerves.

Hello again , we finished the bc 23 , but the infection is still there ....we went to dentist and he said the tooth is dead but this infection still there ...what to de next ? the cheek is just a little bit swallowed exactly where the bump inside is ...the infection is on gum and very big ...it is not excluded to still have the root infected ...so what should I do next ?

thank you simone for your answer I did not use this seeds or garlic pills..

thanks again

Please give her 2 pellets of silicea 12x thrice a day for 7 days.

Hi, is the dentist going to pull out the tooth?
and also the root is to come out with it. The area
will then heal by itself and of course much faster
taking the remedies.
simone717 last decade
about taking out the tooth is going to take a while , our dentist said he will refer her to a another dentist , because she did not want to stay still to clear the root canal ...but all this will take weeks, i do not know why they say its a long waiting list so ...thats why I wanted to try to get rid of infection in a natural way but its also hard its no painful but i know its dangerous ...what to do ?
codru last decade
for kadwa ---thank you very much for all your help we started silicea today but I only have 30c and 200c home how to give ? till I order 12x will take a while - like 2 days ---can i use what i have ?

I also had one child who would not sit still at Dentist.
Had to go to a special children's dentist, but nothing
as bad as having to have a root canal done-which I
cannot imagine that would have worked with my child
unless they put him under to do it.

One suggestion, I had this issue of root canal with
another older child. Root canal did not work, Infection
was still going on in the root, altho hidden, but
childs energy was not normal, and I took her back bc
of tiny little red spot on gum and that is how they
discovered there was still infection.

What we did was pull the tooth. Then area and gum
had to heal for 6 months. After that butterfly bridge
was put in with fake tooth which is glued ( not right
word) but anchored onto back of each adjoining tooth. They made a temporary set up during the
healing time-If it was me, I would get the tooth pulled. I know this is not easy for you, and child-but pulling tooth takes 5 minutes and it is over-
no worries then about infection -
I cannot understand you have to wait weeks for other dentist
-that is not right, but usually they have the child on the antibiotics to do this.

i know it will be hard for her to have her tooth out but i understood that this could be the only solution in this situation . as for antibiotics they gave me twice prescription for antibiotics but i did not give her- maybe i should have - because i hoped to sort out the infection with homeopathy ...
she is only six so this is a milk tooth .
I did not wanted antibiotics because she had a lot a few years ago as repeated throat infection and ear infection . now she has almost 1 year without antibiotics and we treated everything with homeopathy ...she responded very hard to homeopathy and now we were finally on the right path and i did not wanted to turn upside down her system with antibiotics again.

Hi- so not a permanent tooth. Good. It won't take long to
pull it out-I don't know why there was talk about root canals.

Good luck!!
simone717 last decade
yes its a milk tooth ! the dentist tried to reach through the root canal to the infection so this could be gotten out - this is what he explained to me - but my girl was too afraid and could not stay still . my prbl is that it takes too long to have the tooth out , the kids dentist having a long waiting list ...
thank you and finger crossed till extraction

You may give her Silicea 30C in the morning and evening.
kadwa last decade
ok thank you , started silicea !

Hi- I just do not understand your dentist! I have had several teeth
with root canals go bad like this. They gave me novocaine and just pull
the tooth and the roots come out with it. End of story and then area
heals. It took no more than 10 minutes each time. I think you need to call
a few more dentists-If I was the dentist I would have pulled the tooth
on the first visit- just does not sound right to me.

best, Simone

yes simone you are right but what to do ? they always choose the easiest way : antibiotic

and we kid of sorted out the infection , with silicea and propolis spray --two puffs /3times a day right on the infection and after three days the infection is considerably small .

now I have one more thing : today she fell in the school yard, being pushed and she hurt her front teeth - they are milk teeth ...we have been to the dentist and he said its nothing to worry about ...I gave her Arnica what else should I give her ?
thanks again !
