2.5 yr kid oral breathing
Hi,I am new to this forum. You people are doing really great job. My kid is 2 and ½ yr old. He is breathing thru mouth most of the times because his nose is getting blocked. During night time he snores. If I give saline drops and try to extract using nasal aspirator, nothing is coming. But I can hear the mucus in his nose .If we insist in daytime, he breathes with nose for a while but we can hear his breathing. We took him to allergy specialist and they said that he has dust allergy. We took him to ENT and he said that his adenoid glands are enlarged. In a year he got ear infection 3 times. If we go out he catches cold very quickly.We can see swelling under his eyes. We are not able to figure out, is it because of adenoid glands or something else !!
Please let me know any remedy. I will be grateful if anyone help us in this regard.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Just give him a dose of Calc Iod 30c with a half cup of water 30 min before meal every day till 5 days.

Please answer the following:
> Was there any instance of nose bleeding?
> Any symptoms of cough?
> List all the homeopathy medicines used in the past?
> If there is any other health problem (other then the mentioned) do mention it?
> How is the overall appetite of the child?
Please get hold of following medicine in liquid dilution:
1> Day1 : Nux. Vomica 30.
>> Take three doses of Nux. Vomica 30 . First dose should be taken early morning empty stomach. Second dose in the afternoon and third dose before going to bed. ThatÂ’s all no more doses.
2> Day 2 to 6: Phosphorus 30.
>> Take two doses of Phosphorus 30. First dose should be taken early morning empty stomach. Second dose before going to bed. Repeat for five days.
One dose means.
The medicine is in liquid dilution form. Add 3-4 drops of medicine in some half cup (Approx. 3 sip) water and stir with spoon. Sip up the content.
Make sure you keep all medicines away from direct sunlight, strong smell, strong heat zone (keep it in a dark cool place away from allopathic medicines). Also make sure the dropper is fitted with the bottle, else use separate dropper for different medicine for making doses, this will avoid unnecessary contamination.
Please follow homeopathy restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, and no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine and brushing of teeth one hour before or one hour after taking the medicine. These restrictions need to be followed each time you take homeopathy medicines during the treatment.

Yes.He got hurt on the nose twice and bleeded both the times.

No

No other problem except nasal congestion because of Adenoid glands and dust allergy.

From past 3 days . he is having fever and severe cold and congestion .Doctor prescibed Antibiotics (Omnicef).Can we give homeopathy along with these antibiotics?

where are u from? If u r from Bangladesh than call me at my cell no. given at my personal website and if u r living outside of Bangladesh than contact a local homeopath for the fever. Bcs I dont think for fever it is essential to give anti biotic medicines to a little child who is already weaker than normal.
If u do not manage to go to a homeopath that pls drop the medicine of homeopathy for some days and than after finishing with the anti-biotic u can start it again after giving a 7 day gap from the anti biotic.

Thanks for your reply. Dr gave antibiotics as she thought it might be sinus infection as his nose is completely blocked and have swelling under eyes.(she prescribed for 20 days and asked us to check with ENT on adenoid treatment).
