Please help Dr Kadwa for Epididymitis and orchitis in Right side

Hello Sir,
I AM MALE OF 34YRS.

At present I am diagnosed and found chronic Epididymitis and orchitis in both side scortum from clinically and from four colour Doppler ultrasound. It is persist from last two months. I have pain and swelling only right side.

In last feb 12 I have pain in right side scortum. After USG it is diagnosed Varicocele in right side. I have gone varicocele surgey in April 12 but pain is still persist so doctors done USG again and found Epididymitis and orchitis .
Almost all antibiotic is used by me in last two months but no relief from pain ad swelling.

Please helps me to cure.

I have also used chandraprabhabati and some more ayuvervedic medicine from Baba Ramdev.
