Varicose Veins on lower extremities

First of all we should need to take a better case history as mentioned by Hahnemann in his book Organon. I took a lot of case histories for Varicose Veins and most of them as per their symptoms I prescribed Aesculus Hippocatanum and Hemamelis so please whenever someone have varicose veins please read about above mentioned remedies as well. Thanks Dr.Ahmed for your share but what will be the potency and dose schedule.Please share in details.Aesculas hip and Hamamelis are very near specific for varicose vein in lower extremities.Best for pilesalso.Dr.Malaker

I always prescribe these remedies in 30c potency three times a day but I always try my best to prescribe one remedy at a time for 15 days as per their symptoms.
