Dr. Kadwa I have Ibs and eczemaHello
As I come into the age of 18 and 19 years old I'm being hit with random diseases and disorders.
I believe that the reason this is occuring is because my liver was harmed by the hydrocortisone medication I was taking for my eczema.
The first problem that happened was I had a panic attack and I felt like my breaths weren't filling up my body appropriately and I felt cold all over and I went to the hospital for it and they said that everything was perfectly fine.
After that day I began regular having panic attacks once a week until I could mentally handle myself during these episodes. It turns out that I'm having some type of very high blood pressure in this moment and I was freaking out causing me to go into a panic attack. During these attacks I felt like my heart was going to give up on me and I thought that I was going to die.
I stopped having panic attacks particularly but now my disorder is that throughout the day I have random blood pressure spikes and I feel it and I become slightly dizzy, disoriented and I feel like I'm going to die.
I also experience several times a day this feeling like my heart is not pumping enough blood into my body and I feel tired, lethargic and I feel like death is near.
As a result of these conditions I can't excersize for too long and don't think there's any benefit to it because I don't think I can gain myself anymore. When I exercise it feels like my heart can't keep up with the exercise.
The next condition I randomly got afflicted was IBS. I had diareah but I would only use the toilet once a day and then it was only a lot of gas and a little bit of diareah no matter how large my meals were.
I began taking the whole package of vitamins and l glutamine from gutsense . org and it's helping.
I also ordered a men's formula from jon barrons website that supposedly has saw palmeto in it and is supposed to raise my testosterone...I don't know if it's working or not.
The other condition I have is that I feel dizzy when walking. It feels like I'm ever so slightly drunk and I feel unstable while walking.
I get random pains in my heart throughout the day and sometimes I get a stinging pain on my right side.
I am also afflicted with eczema and the reason I was taking the hydrocortisone was to treat that. The eczema is itchy and my skin can get dry and then if it really flares up then it will get filled with liquid underneath and I can pop them like pimples.
I also have acne.
My right foot has this weird condition where a muscle inside will continuously pull and my big toe will twitch and this can annoy me while I sleep.
I have the worst case of premature ejaculation. My best time is 1 minute of stimulation and my worst time is around 15 seconds. I would like something like 3-5 minutes of stimulation without concentration and 10 minutes with concentration. I've had this my whole life.
I also cannot maintain erections anymore and my erections are always soft and then go away quickly.
Going to sleep is also dramatic. I can't sleep until 2 am and then I may experience panic attacks that awake me right out of the sleep. I'll go to sleep for like 1 minute then wake up with some type of high blood pressure situation. I may wake up at 4am and then be unable to go back to sleep until 6am. Then I sleep all the way through until 12 or 1 or 2 pm sleep and sound.
Sometimes while I'm sleeping and I wake up in the middle of the night I get the sensation that I'm going crazy. I also get the sensation that I'm losing consciousness even though I'm awake.
I'm also going to fill out this questionaire so you can get a complete description of my health

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.
1. Describe your main suffering?
IBS - I don't have a large enough volume of waste and when I finally do get to it it is simply explosive and I only expel gas and some matter rather than a normal movement.
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Some form of high blood pressure or adrenaline rush
erectile dysfunction (not enough blood flow etc)
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
I feel like I'm getting very close to death and that I will never escape from these ailments. I feel like I will never have sex before I die (I'm a virgin)
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Intensely high blood pressure, dizziness to the point that I simply must sit down and stay still, feeling that death is only moments away.
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
It started when I first had my first panic attack and then everything started going downhill from there.
6. Which time of the day you are worst?
I never experience my symptoms in the early morning. I start dying around the late afternoon going all the way until 2am in the morning.
7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Eating fast food can intensify the high blood pressure symptoms. Milk makes my eczema flare up like no other so I avoid it.
8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
I think it may have to do with adrenaline and cortisol because hydrocortisone is supposed to mess with your liver.
9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I feel better during normal weather because if I sweat my eczema flares up.
10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I'm a person who doesn't allow things to annoy me. I don't take offense to everything except if you talk about my family. Even if you're screaming at me I don't allow it to make me angry or anything. However I've allowed myself to let myself go as of late and anytime someone tries to step on my toes so to speak I speak up and say something about it.
- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
I feel relieved that it's coming and I feel refreshed when it does rain and I wish it would never end but it always does. However if the thunder is very very loud then I feel scared and uncomfortable because it is super loud.
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
I'm sensitive to movement. I swear I'm always seeing something move if ANYTHING moves even if it's just light on my glasses.
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
I do talk to myself when I'm alone. I call it voicing my thoughts outloud.
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I love them but I feel like I don't talk to them enough. I live with my mom. She is a good person but when she nags me I hate her to no end. I sometimes think very violent thoughts towards her as of late because she has a way of nagging that gets under your skin. I also have a secret that I've been holding that I feel like I must tell my aunt.
11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I fear that one day I may go crazy and harm my mother or the people around me.
12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I love salt. French fries, fried chicken, anything salacious. I love flavors. I hate food that doesn't have flavor or has a weird taste.
13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
15. Is there any kind of food which your body cant stand?
16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Normal but I sweat on my head more.
17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Very bad. Not consistent. Diareah like and I believe I may have a tapeworm. I haven't seen anything but I've always been afraid of them.
18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
I sleep horribly. I don't sleep until 2 or 3 in the morning and then I may wake up once or twice before hand. I must always sleep with a pillow between my legs.
19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
I simply cannot. I can't maintain an erection and my sexual drive is low at the moment.
20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
I know things that no one else knows and if I told them what it was they would think I'm crazy.
21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
Betamethasone valerate which is a hydrocortisone medication which may have injured my liver.
22. What major diseases are running in your family?
Diabetes and high blood pressure.
23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance
5'10 140 pounds thin waist light fat and pimples and eczema.

It's been 3 days and it feels like the symptoms are getting worse. I have no energy and can barely stand up at work and I don't even do strenous work. Talking a walk to the store and back is like exercising for 2 hours. My heart always feels like it's ready to give up and can't keep up with me.
I think my problem is that I have a candida problem because I still have brain fog.
I just don't know what to do anymore. Nothing is working. Nothing is fixing anything anymore. I'm losing hope.
