Impetigo , stye and boil

Hello , i first started getting a boil , after one week a went to the seaside and i got a stye there.After another week when i got home i started having impetigo.
The lessions itch and it is anoying.Please help me.What should i take? I think the infection is caused from a staphylococcus bacteria and not a streptococcus.

i went to the lab and took a test.The doctor said that i don`t have any bacteria in my nose or in my throat.
What else could cause this condition. I think the impetigo is evolving from folliculitis.
